The Seller agrees to pay any licensed Buyer’s Agent or Broker a $10,000.00 commission for referring a Buyer to the Seller who makes a full price offer with no subjects. If the Seller accepts any other offer brought by a licensed agent, the Seller will pay a 4% commission to the Buyer’s Agent.The agent/broker should notify the Seller of a confirmed offer using the form below. If an offer is accepted, the Buyer’s representative will be asked to draft a purchase offer. The Seller will honor the Buyer’s Agreement once its contents have been approved. Please be advised that the Seller will pay a single, mutually agreed-upon fee (Buyer’s Agent or Finder’s Fee) upon closing. Dual compensation will not be paid.
