The Seller welcomes offers from Buyers who choose to represent themselves. If your offer is accepted, the Seller will draft a standard real estate purchase agreement that complies with Nova Scotia law, and a reputable local lawyer or notary will handle the identification of the parties and the closing of the sale. Legal costs will be shared by the parties if they use one lawyer or incurred by each party individually if they use different lawyers and/or notaries.
