The Seller will pay any unlicensed referring party a $7,500.00 finder’s fee for finding a Buyer for this property. The referring party should notify the Seller of a potential Buyer using the form below. If the Seller accepts the Buyer’s offer, the finder’s fee will be paid upon closing of the sale. Once the Seller accepts an offer, he will provide the finder with a legally binding, non-revocable promise to pay the fee. This irrevocable order to pay will be given to the lawyer or notary handling the transaction before the Buyer’s funds are deposited into escrow. Please be advised: the Seller will pay a single, mutually agreed-upon fee (finder’s or buyer’s agent fee) upon closing. Dual compensation will not be paid.
